Thank you to everyone in our community who is following the progress of the West Lakes Residential and Mixed Use Draft Code Amendment, and or who lodged a written submission. Consultation has now closed, and we received close to 200 submissions in relation to the Draft Code Amendment showing a high level of interest in this proposed policy change.

A Public Meeting will be held at the first City Services Committee Meeting in February 2023 at the Charles Sturt Civic Centre, 72 Woodville Road, Woodville. The date and time of the Public Meeting will be published on the Your Say Charles Sturt website (this website) following the endorsement of Council's Committee Meeting schedules for 2023, by the new Council elected at the recent local government elections.

Anyone who made a written submission on the draft Code Amendment and has indicated that they wish to make a verbal representation at the Public Meeting will be informed of the date and time of the Public Meeting.

In the meantime, written submissions received during the consultation period will be available for inspection by Friday 2 December 2022 at the City of Charles Sturt Civic Centre, 72 Woodville Road, Woodville (Planning Front Counter) until the date of the public hearing.
