Make, Bake, Decorate 2024 Competition - Terms & Conditions

Charles Sturt Library Service
  1. The promoter of this competition is the City of Charles Sturt Library Service.
  2. This competition is open to any member of the City of Charles Sturt Library Service and Libraries SA network. Children under the age of 16 are permitted to enter, providing they have permission from their Parent/Guardian.
  3. Staff of Charles Sturt Library Service are not eligible to enter the competition.
  4. Multiple entries are allowed.
  5. There will be one winner (only) - and the People's Choice Prize consists of:
    • 1 x Peppa Pig and 1 x George Pig Cookie Cutter (valued at $14.95)
    • Unicorn Cookie Cutter (valued at $11.95).
    • Copy of the book ‘RecipeTin Eats: Tonight’ by Nagi Maehashi (valued at $59.95)
  6. To enter:
    1. Visit our Woodville (Civic) Library or Ngutungka West Lakes, and borrow an item from our Make, Bake, Decorate collection.
    2. Use it to make kitchen magic!
    3. Take an original photo of your kitchen creation.
    4. Enter your photo and details by clicking on 'Enter now' on the Competition Page and submitting.
    5. By entering this competition, all entrants understand that any photos they supply – along with the screen name of the entrantwill be posted onto the Competition Page for public voting. They may also be used for promotional purposes by the City of Charles Sturt, on their social media pages or other promotions.
  7. The competition commences on Tuesday October 1, 2024, and closes Thursday Oct 31, 2024. Entries can only be submitted during this time. During this month, the public can vote on entries by ‘liking’ them to 'upvote', via the Competition Page. The eligible entrant with the most 'likes' wins. Entrants may share their entry with friends and family so they can ‘like’ their entry in the public vote.
  8. There will be one winner, as voted by the public in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. This winner will win the People's Choice Prize.
  9. The winner will be notified by Thursday November 7, via the email address they entered the competition with. They will need to respond by email or phone on 8408 1333 (within one week) to arrange pick-up of the prize from a Charles Sturt Library branch.
  10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  11. Non-winning entrants will not be contacted.
  12. The winning photo (along with the screen name (only) of the entrant) will be published on our Charles Sturt Libraries Facebook page during the week beginning Monday, November 11. It will also be featured on the Competition Page.
