Competition Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions for the City of Charles Sturt Draft Economic Development Strategy 2022 Competition (“the Competition”).

To enter the Competition, participants must:

  1. Complete all the questions in the Draft Economic Development Strategy 2022-2026 (“the Feedback Form”) online before 8 July 2022.
  2. One survey per business will be eligible for the draw, incomplete surveys will invalidate the entry.
  3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter and must operate a business in the City of Charles Sturt.
  4. The Competition and promotional period starts on 28 July 2022 and ends at 5:00pm on Friday 8 July 2022.
  5. The prize for the Competition comprises 1 x $500 voucher for business support.
  6. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  7. One winner will be selected at random. This draw will take place at 9:30am on Monday 11 July 2022 at the City of Charles Sturt, 72 Woodville Road, Woodville.
  8. Validity of entry: The City of Charles Sturt, as the promoter of the Competition, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant’s identity, address and age i.e. driver’s licence, proof of age card etc) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  9. The prize winners will be notified via email by 5:00pm on Monday 11 July 2022.
  10. If a prize winner does not respond by 5:00pm on Monday 11 July 2022, or is unable to claim the prize, then another winner will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entrants.
  11. Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  12. City of Charles Sturt staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  13. The City of Charles Sturt makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prizes and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prizes should be brought to the attention of the respective supplier of the service.
  14. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  15. Completion of the Feedback Form and opting into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
