The City of Charles Sturt is working with Intuito Market Research to find out how you feel when you connect with businesses and in particular, Council.

This is a great opportunity to share your views about customer experience and what you think is important when you interact with organisations.

Your results will form part of a review to ensure we are providing our community with a great customer service experience.

Everyone over the age of 18 years and who lives in the City of Charles Sturt is eligible to complete this survey, so please feel free to share the survey link with local family members and friends. Residents are asked to only complete the survey once.

The survey is likely to take 10-15 minutes to complete so, as an incentive, we provide the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a chance to win $1000 at the end of the survey. Complete the survey by Friday 20 September 2019 to go in the prize draw. Your details will remain private.
