The Central Adelaide Waste and Recycling Authority (CAWRA) has prepared a draft regional waste, recycling and circular economy strategy. The strategy is called ‘Going Circular to 2030’. We will be seeking your thoughts and feedback on the strategy shortly.

CAWRA is a regional subsidiary jointly owned by its two constituent Councils, the Cities of Charles Sturt and Port Adelaide Enfield. CAWRA was formed in early 2020.

Our Draft Annual Business Plan 2025/26 is anticipated to be available for community feedback on Tuesday 15 April 2025. More details will be available on Your Say Charles Sturt in the next few weeks.
