Are you passionate about taking Climate Action? Do you want to participate in the development of a Community Action Plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions?

Expressions of Interest are now being sought to join the Community GHG Emissions Reduction Community Strategic Group who will develop a Community Emissions Reduction Action Plan for our City during 2023.

Interested members in our community including residents, visitors, businesses, and industry are invited to complete an expression of interest form to be part of the Group.

Members of the Group will also include Local Government representatives and State Government representatives that have a connection with the City of Charles Sturt, and the Group will be supported by City of Charles Sturt staff, and experts in a range of fields.

Community members are encouraged to participate if they have a strong interest and passion for taking mitigation action on climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Prior knowledge or experience is not a requirement, just the commitment to develop the Action Plan and help support our community to implement the Action Plan once developed.

Expressions of Interest are required by Tuesday 31 January 2023.
