Are you interested in a proposal to rezone a portion of land at Albert Park?

If so take a look at the Albert Park Mixed Use Draft Code Amendment document. The rezoning proposal will allow mixed use development in the form of higher density residential and/or commercial development over about 11 hectares of land adjacent Port Road.
